Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled private, semi-private, or group training session will be charged 50% of the session rate. The remaining 50% will be applied as credit toward a future training session.
Due to limited enrollment capacity for our camps and clinics, cancellations or reschedule requests made 24 hours or more in advance will receive credit toward a future camp or clinic. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a consulting or film analysis session will be charged 50% of the session rate. The remaining 50% will either be refunded or applied as credit toward a future session — your choice.
If your session was booked using hours from a purchased hour bundle, a late cancellation simply uses one hour from your bundle — no additional charge applies.
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and have their own cancellation, pause, and refund terms. Please see our Membership Terms (linked at the bottom of every page).
We understand things come up. KK Futbol may issue a full refund at our discretion for injury, illness, family emergency, or other special circumstances — reach out to us and we'll work with you.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled training or consulting session are not subject to any fee. For camp and clinic credit terms, see above.
