When you register for a camp or clinic, book a training session, join a membership or the Development Program, or inquire about consulting services, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email, and phone number, plus information about the athlete — name, age or grade, position, current club/team, playing experience, and (for the Development Program) shirt size. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe.
For training memberships and the Development Program, we also collect an emergency contact and any allergies or medical notes you choose to share, so our coaches can keep athletes safe. We use this only for safety and to coordinate care, and we don't share it except with our coaches and, if needed, emergency responders.
When you book a session, we also collect a liability waiver signature and, where applicable, the IP address it was signed from.
We use this information to process registrations, bookings, and payments; send confirmations, reminders, and updates by email or text; respond to inquiries; and plan camps, clinics, and training sessions around the athletes attending.
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
We use Stripe to process payments — we never see or store your full card number. We use Clerk for account sign-in, Resend for email, and Twilio for text message confirmations. Our website is hosted by Vercel and our database by Neon. Each of these providers only receives the information needed to perform their function.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (such as which pages are viewed and general location and device information). It may set cookies in your browser.
Our liability waiver, which you agree to at the time of booking, includes consent for KK Futbol to use photos or video taken during camps, clinics, or training sessions for coaching and promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing otherwise.
Our camps, clinics, and training sessions are for youth athletes, but all information about a minor athlete is provided to us by their parent or guardian at the time of registration or booking — we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
We keep registration, booking, and payment records for as long as needed to run our business and meet our legal and tax obligations.
To update your information, opt out of text or email communications, or request that we delete your data, email us at kkfutboltraining@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
