Monthly membership: billed every month, cancel anytime from your account — no commitment.
Annual payment plan: a 12-month commitment, billed monthly. Your first month is free; you're billed for the remaining 11 months. After the 12-month term, your membership continues automatically at the regular monthly rate unless you cancel.
Annual, paid in full: one upfront payment covering 12 months, with the same 1 month free as the payment plan — the total cost is the same either way, you're just paying it today instead of over the year. Renews automatically at the end of the term unless canceled.
Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime from your account; you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
The annual payment plan is a 12-month commitment billed monthly. If you cancel before the term ends, you keep access through the end of the month you've paid for, and we don't refund months already billed.
Annual pay-in-full memberships run for the full year; we don't offer partial refunds for early cancellation, but credit toward a future membership may be available at our discretion.
Monthly and 12-month-plan members can pause for injury, travel, or the off-season from their account. Billing stops while paused, and paused time doesn't count against your commitment term. Member discounts and benefits are on hold while a membership is paused. Members who paid for the year in full can't pause online — contact us and we'll work it out.
To move up or down a tier, contact us and we'll switch you at your next billing cycle.
The Insider Crew is a discount-only membership with no included training and follows the same monthly/annual billing and cancellation terms above.
Every active membership includes a discount on camps, training, consulting, and merch (15%, and 20% off consulting for Elite). Sign in with the email you joined with and it's applied automatically at checkout. Discounts are on hold while a membership is paused or after it ends. They don't apply to the Development Program.
The first 40 training-tier members (Developer, Competitor, or Elite) are Founding Members. A Founding Member's price is locked at the rate they signed up at for as long as their membership stays active — it won't increase when public prices do. If a membership is canceled and later restarted, the then-current rate applies.
When a family already has an active training membership, each additional athlete's training membership is 15% off. The discount applies when you sign in to the account used for the first membership and sign up a different athlete, and continues for as long as that additional membership stays active.
Memberships renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime online from your account (Manage billing), with no need to contact us. For annual memberships, we'll email you a reminder before your renewal date.
We understand things come up. KK Futbol may adjust billing or issue a refund at our discretion for injury, illness, family emergency, or other special circumstances — reach out and we'll work with you.
Athletic training involves inherent risk of injury. Participation is subject to the liability waiver and health information you sign at enrollment. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, KK Futbol Academy's total liability to you for any claim related to a membership is limited to the amount you paid for the membership in the three months before the claim arose. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California. Before either of us files a claim, we agree to first try to resolve the issue informally by contacting each other.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version. If a change materially affects your paid membership, we'll notify you by email before it takes effect, and you can cancel anytime.
